I am delighted to announce our latest guest star in our upcoming film, ‘FRANKENSTEEN’. Please welcome the Iconic international TV and Film actor, GLENDA LINSCOTT.
Glenda has already appeared in the title role of Comfy Couch Pictures award-winning film, ‘LUCI’.
Glenda is an Award-Winning Australian actress, perhaps best know for her Iconic role of Rita Connors, in the worldwide smash hit TV series, PRISONER CELL BLOCK H.
Glenda also appeared on television in other leading roles in, NEIGHBOURS, A COUNTRY PRACTICE, ALL SAINTS and SOLDIER SOLDIER, to name a few.
On film, Glenda is part of the Howling film franchise having appeared in HOWLING 3, BACK OF BEYOND, THE MAN WHO SUED GOD and many others.
Glenda has many, many theatre credits to her name having appeared in theatres worldwide.
The film FRANKENSTEIN is one of her favourite movies and so it was an instant YES when offered the guest role.
We all had so much fun working with Glenda and look forward to meeting her again when she travels to the U.K. to do some promotion for ‘LUCI’ and ‘FRANKENSTEEN’.

Sam has directed and co and co executive produced films with, Kirk Douglas, Michael Caine, Angie Dickinson, Nancy Allen, Rod Steiger, Lauren Hutton, Isaac Haynes, George Hamilton, Donna Mills, Maxwell Caulfield, Pamela Sue Martin, Parker Stevenson, Dyan Cannon, Julie Newmar, George Takei, Juliet Mills, Julie Brown, Ian McKellen, Brendan Fraser, Lynn Redgrave,Ryan Reynolds, Shelley Duvall and Mark Hamill to name a few!
Sam is also the director of all 3 seasons of the fabulous, ‘DANTE'S COVE’ and directed Cassandra Peterson in the film, ‘ELVIRA’s HAUNTED HILLS’.
Sam is a Multi award winning author with his latest book,’I WAS A TEENAGE MONSTER HUNTER’ winning the Rondo award! Sam was so supportive during our first award winning film, ‘LUCI’ . Sam loves the ideas for ‘FRANKENSTEEN’
Sam was co executive producer on the Oscar winning film, ‘ GODS AND MONSTERS’ which tells the story of James Whale and the original Frankenstein, film.

Making his professional film debut as Archie Frankensteen and appearing alongside Hollywood royalty, Sam Irvin and some surprise guest stars, we welcome actor, Michael Pegg 🎬🥳
Michael is a young actor just starting out in the professional world and exactly the sort of person Comfy Couch Pictures Strive to promote.
Michael Played the lead in the Birmingham film festival, award winning student film, ‘Ghost Haunted’
Other credits include the Channel 4 TV series ‘Ackley Bridge’ and the G4 U.K. Cathedral Tour.
Student productions include lead roles in, Grease, Razzle Dazzle, Beauty and the Beast, Our House and Fame at the Alexander theatre in Birmingham.
Michael has also performed in London’s West End in the musicals, ‘The lazy Ace’ and ‘Troubles A Brewin’. for which Michael gained distinctions from Trinity College, London.
He most recently appeared in the world premiere of, ‘Thrice Upon A Time’ in Derby.
We warmly welcome this talented actor into the Comfy Couch Pictures family.

AUSTRALIAN ACTOR GLENDA LINSCOTT CAST IN UK HORROR FILM BY COMFY COUCH PICTURES.
AWARD-winning actor Glenda Linscott, to play title role of ‘LUCI’. A tale of terror and morality, with new UK LGBT+ film company, Comfy Couch Pictures.
Comfy Couch Pictures begins pre-production on their first film, ‘LUCI’, a modern-day scary movie with a twist! We are delighted to welcome Star of Prisoner: Cell Block H and Neighbours, Glenda Linscott to our acting company.

All of our films have LGBT+ related themes set in an entertainment format. Glenda is a big supporter of the community and is looking forward to working on a project that was especially written for her.
Comfy Couch Pictures was born out of the Covid pandemic in November 2020. It’s aim is to inject life back into the film business and engage performers, technicians, directors, writers and all creatives, in working with the LGBT+ community in exploring a wide range of subjects and issues.

We will produce short films for festivals worldwide and the subject matter will be presented through various genres from, Horror, Comedy, Sci-Fi, film noir, Drama and more.
Dean Foy, the founder of the company is an award-winning film maker and author. He’s also an accomplished actor , writer, producer and director. “I’m very excited at having Glenda, who’s such an iconic cult actor, jump on board with us. Comfy Couch is about giving people opportunities in a business that’s open to all levels of creativity. We will be mentoring people in their craft and giving them the experience that is so important to professional growth.

Glenda Linscott is an advocate of LGBT+ rights and issues . Glenda commented on her role, “I completely love it. It’s very dark – like a Broken Mirror tale. It’s going to be great fun to do. I’m looking forward to the rehearsals!”.
